Review Coupon Program
A review reward, when offered, is for submitting genuine feedback about an eligible completed order. A coupon must never require a positive rating or a misleading statement.
Campaign eligibility
Eligibility can depend on the order date, delivery status, product, customer account and invitation. A completed order does not automatically guarantee a reward unless the campaign is active.
Honest review standard
Customers should describe product fit, quality, shipping and service truthfully. The reward cannot be conditioned on a five-star rating or removal of legitimate criticism.
Verification
KKSET may request the order number, review link or screenshot to match the submission. Do not publish private order details, addresses or complete contact information.
Coupon delivery
After verification, an eligible code may be sent through the approved contact route. The code can have minimum spend, expiry, product exclusions and one-use restrictions.
Abuse prevention
Duplicate reviews, fake orders, copied content, manipulated ratings or multiple claims for the same order are not eligible.
